<P>Mr. Rob Clarke and his wife Lyn founded the privately owned company in 1990
to carry out the development of the Watermead project in Aylesbury,
Buckinghamshire.Previously Chairman and Managing Director of Royco PLC, Mr.
Clarke had enjoyed considerable commercial success and public recognition for
his schemes at Lynden Gate - Putney, Burlington Park - Stanmore, Haydon Hill -
Aylesbury and Church Milton - Sittingbourne as well as numerous smaller
developments. This culminated in his award of "What House" House
Builder Of The Year award in 1989 and the House Of The Year in 1990.In addition
to the Watermead project the company has carried out numerous small residential
developments in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and North London from
